i5 M520 - 2.4GHZ vs core2duo T7700 2.4GHZ

I am looking to upgrade my d630, to a E6410 but is there actually much difference in the real world?

My d630 is , t7700 , 4gb , nvidia 135m.

The E6410 is , i5 m520, 8gb, on board gfx. It's £380 for it.

Is it actually worth me "upgrading?" Will I see much performance difference, I'm just after something a bit faster now as I feel this is starting to get slow tbh. It already has an SSD which ill transfer into the new one.

The 520m is nearly twice as powerful as benchmarks show.
