i5 mobo cpu and ram bundle needed

Hi folks

Well I finally decided the time has come to upgrade to windows 7.
To be ready for this.. I'm going to be moving the motherboard on this (my main PC) to the case across the room.. and all attached drives etc.. basically I want to start using windows 7 on a new machine but keep using XP on the other one.

And so I need a new set of organs for this PC. My budget is £300.
Need a board, CPU and RAM.. I have an SSD ready to go. I am a casual gamer so dont need super perfomance.. can anyone recommend a bundle?

I mainly browse the web, play minecraft, use mirc and play some games on steam.
