I have tried overclocking, no joy with this cpu, I have tried a couple of coolers, still gets too hot too fast.
Some nice ideas in the thread though, cheers.
i5. I had an i7 and sent back under DSR for my 2500k. Had nothing but trouble with it, ran quite a bit hotter and I disabled HT as it caused stutter problems with BF3.
