i5 or i7

Quick question if i may
Looking to buy a new system from ocuk, question i been asking myself is do i go for the i5 7600k or the i7 7700k.

I don't do much gaming just a little BF4 now and again.System would be for everyday use email web the odd movie.

the system i am looking at is:-

The system in my Sig was given to my daughter a little while back. yea it is still going stron and does not miss a beat.

I am running a small Itx Amd A 10 7870k @ 4.4 just now, was looking to upgrade to a complete new system to allow me plenty of head room if my preferences change over the next couple years or so.
