Hi I'm new here and brand new to the world of overclocking.
I've just got my new i5 and asus p7p55d-e lx mobo.
After trawling these forums I've gotten the basics and got to the 4ghz but i really want the perfect overclock. (turned it down to 3.8)
What would anyone here consider the most stable and efficient overclock ?
And how could i improve my overclock ?
Also what tests should i run to test the stability ?

CPU: i5 750 @ 3809.5 Mhz
Ram: 4gb ripjaw 1600
bclk: 190.5
multi: 20x
Vcore:1.24....
Imc: 1.12
pch: 1.13
pll: 1.86

Dram: 1.64
cha data 0.530
chb data0.530

Edit:
dunno if this is important or not but prime 95 gave 65-66C on the max heat test running on the above settings.
