Hi all, wanting to upgrade from a mATX S775 system to a full sized i5 system.

Currently I'm thinking of buying the below:

Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) - OEM
£148.99 inc VAT
£129.56 ex VAT

EVGA P55 *** Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard
£149.99 inc VAT
£130.43 ex VAT

G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
£72.99 inc VAT
£63.47 ex VAT

Coolermaster Storm 'Sniper' All Black (Mesh) Edition Case
£129.98 inc VAT
£113.03 ex VAT

Noctua NH-U12P SE2 Dual Fan Quiet CPU Cooler
£58.98 inc VAT
£51.29 ex VAT

I'll be recycling my current GTS 250, DP Pro 750W, WD Black 640GB, X-Fi & optical drive from my current system.

Any suggestions? I haven't got a set budget as I'll be buying it on finance but dont mind spending a bit more if it's worthit.

Also, is their possibly a cheaper cooling solution compatible with socket 1156? Did want the Titan Fenrir as its cheap but doesn't say it supports s1156 in it's description, also then wanted the Corsair H50 but same story.

Thanks in advance.

The h50 will be supplied with the 1156 bracket next week from overclockers, and apparently corsair are sending out free 1156 brackets to the people that don't have it.

Seems all good to me mate, the EVGA board is getting positive reviews so far and you should be able to get 3.8GHz - 4GHz out of that 750 if not more. You should have your self a very nice system :).
