Hello,

I posted this over at the watercooling section but didn't really seem to have anyone with the same CPU as me and cooler to give me something to compare to with my own.

I'm currently running a i5 6600k overclocked to 4.5GHz at 1.36V being cooled by a h110i GT.
I'm worried that my temps are a bit on the high side peaking at 88c on Intel burn test within a few minutes.
Temps using P95 blend seem to hover around 71 - 78c.

I have already implemented the washer fix for the water block and have also reseated the cooler several times with no change in temperatures.
I would have thought water cooling should bring cooler temperatures and a relatively low voltage? I'm considering RMAing the unit back to overclockers but I don't want to do so if it's working correctly.

Thanks

I must admit everyone i have seen using a H110i has had a lot better temperatures than you are having, within 50-60c

True. Although many don't use P95, but something else instead, where Intel Burn Test and XTA are more common and accurate.

With these temps, it might be that you either got faulty cooler, or need to reapply thermal paste. When I had H80i, simple thumbscrewing the screws was not enough, adding another 1/2 twist to each screw helped me.
