i7 12700K and which coolers.

Before I decide to order my Components tomorrow sometime I would like to make sure I'll be buying the correct fans.
Motherboard will be MSI Pro z690 + i7 12700k cpu. Case is the Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Tower RGB.
Should I buy the Arctic Liquid Freezer II Hi performance 360mm and attach to front with pump at top OR buy the Noctua NH D15 Dual Air Rad.
Also are these Air Fans any good for extra fans in Tower Case---Bitfenix Spectre SE ARGB LED Fans + controller x3 fans.
With the price of everything I can't afford very Expensive Air Fans. Cheers.
 
Air cooling is less problematic than water cooling and the nochtua d15 is a beast (get the black edition version if its ypur preferred choice). The arctic freezer 360mm is also an excellent cooler and gives the motherboard a cleaner look around the cpu.

Its your call but if planning to keep very long term then air cooling is a wiser choice imo.
 
Thank You Both for replying. It's appreciated. Have never used water in any of my self builds as I hate water in pc. But it looks so nice and lots of good reviews about it I thought I might give it a go...BUT, I got hesitant lol So I'm going for the Brown Noctua D15 Dual Air Cooler at £99:95. I have a very large Fan Cooler in this PC I'm using that is only half inch from the side panel lol It has worked for around 6 years I think n still going strong. So Once again, Thank You.

Brown fans gonna look ugly but your call, enjoy.
 
Am I going to see the Fan when only the front of case is towards me on desktop. My old pc is on desktop at a slight slant and I can just about see the fan. So Colour does not matter really. Thank You for mentioning it though, appreciated. Mind you I might put it Length wise so I can see the inside and have lots more room in front to put my keyboard etc. Now going to phone up OCUK. Cheers n Beers.

mickyflinn--I just ordered All Components. Just waiting for the Finance company to Confirm my monthly payments. They taking longer than V12 finance did lol.
Then I have to phone OCUK to get them to Build it for me as my eyesight is rubbish for reading small print on motherboard.
