i7 2600k build, advice needed.

Hi guys, I'm building an i7 2600k rig for 3d rendering, could you please have a look at my specs and let me know if there's anything jarringly wrong with it?

I've got an antec p160 case lying around, as well as a geforce 9800GT. Money's a little tight at the moment so will upgrade graphics card later if needed. Would that ram be too tall for a big heatsink (to be added later for overclocking)? Anything I've missed?

Ideally, something with 2x gigabit would be nice... maybe?

as listed by rjc, z68 boards seem to be well liked with the overclockable 2500/2600K's, Asrock Z68 Extreme4 is another decent example.

i'd be weary of the memory, can't really see any height dimensions anywhere, maybe get in touch with ocuk and check height and if they have a list of coolers that clear it.

Missed your part about the heatsink, you probable better off getting the Kingston ram below:
