i7 2600k Oc help

i set Vrm to 350 n it wasn't 100% stable has it had a boot issue this morning, up the vcore to 1.32v now n all seems good n only a 4c rise in temps

I've ordered some NZXT psu extension cables from here n they should come on Wednesday so hopefully Thursday i'll have no power wires in the fron't of my case will will allow me to do my Push / Pull Config on my Antec H20 620 with Cooler Master 120mm 2000rpm fans n i'll then Oc to 4.8ghz n see what happens

It depends on the chip dude.

I'm trying to push mine this week, as I couldn't get it stable before above 4.4Ghz but I never went past 1.35 Volts. I'm using the same board, albeit the pro version, will have to see what happens.

I use CPU offset , I have it set at 0.070 and LLC set to high and it's stable . I had to set my VRM higher as 350 was not stable for me ,so it's at 380 atm .Highest temps I've had where running intel stress test with stress setting at high was 75 .
Milano with cpu offset ,my vcore is 1.4 max but normally around 1.38 when at 100% load and if you don't want to over clock your chip more , don't .I'd love to get mine to 5 ghz but I'm afraid it might fry:rolleyes: .
These are from Asus
"Results are representative of 100 D2 CPUs that were binned and tested for stability under load; these results will most likely represent retail CPUs.
1. Approximately 50% of CPUs can go up to 4.4~4.5 GHz
2. Approximately 40% of CPUs can go up to 4.6~4.7 GHz
3. Approximately 10% of CPUs can go up to 4.8~5 GHz "
and this link might help :)

My memory is left as stock speed with stock timings, the boot thing happened again so now on 1.34v max temps 74c
