Hello,
Just wondering if ive got a problem.
I have the i7 2600K CPU and OCUK overclocked this for me as part of my gaming maching to 4.5Ghz. Now im sure it used to state this in the system properties (the page where you get the Windows Experience), but now it just says 3.4Ghz.
Is there another way I can check what speed the CPU is actually running at? If its lost its overclock, does this mean something has gone wrong? Or do CPUs only use their overclock speed when needed and then idle at the slower speed when not?
Hope that makes sense.
