I7 2600k - temps??

Hi,

Yesterday was spent installing a 2600k on an asrock extreme 7 with a corsair h100.

Install went fine, although I wonder if I should reseat CPU cooler...

Core temp reports temps of 17, 23, 25, 28 on idle. Is such a wide range the norm??

Edit: I have not overclocked it yet.
