i7 2600k - WEI Score

Now I know WEI is crap but has anyone managed to get 7.9 for their CPU using this processor? My googlefu failed me and has returned nothing

7.7 for mine at stock dont know what an overclock would bring really need to get a water block sorted!

I ran mine at 5.3GHz to test it, and it still gave a score of 7.8, I would'nt read too much into that ****.

Wow, would have thought that 5.3Ghz would have done it so basically MS reserved 7.9 for some 7Ghz dual CPU Octo-Core monster

7.9 may be reserved for 6+ cores (Phenom II X6 users could check this) or multi-CPU setups.

Mine did have 7.9 at one point, but everytime I refresh it changes.

Even with cpu @5.2 mine cant do 7.9

I get 7.4 for my [email protected] and the same for my DDR2 1066Mhz Dominator RAM.

Everything else is 7.9. Not that I read too much into it.

Ah, that all makes me feel better, my 2600 @ 4.6 gets 7.8 too, felt gutted by the .1 but looks like it's the norm
