I7 2700k Cpu0 85-95 percent will I7 6700k be same

Ive got this chip unopened from another retailer do i keep my original I7 2700k or send the 6700k back i have been reading some reviews and the benchmarking is not really that much from what i can see, not sure if its worth the upgrade since i put my 980ti hybrid my system is playing arma 3 blops 3 flawless mmmmmmm

i am noticing the CPU0 is about 85-95 percent on ARMA 3 all graphics maxed and distances max and other cores are 30 40 percent max is this 6700k going to better i am confused.
