i7 3770k with 10C diff?

Got a friend who just picked up a brand new 3770k, but he has one core sitting at 18 degrees and the rest are at 27 degrees. Is this enough to warrant an RMA?
 
Mine do this too, don't worry. It's cooler than it is hotter. At least it isn't 37 while the others are 27, that would be an issue for me. My 3570k was the exact same.
 
yep,mine does it too

it either the thermal paste or the way it spreads the load across the cores,not sure but its nothing to worry about
