Have the following

i7-3930K
GIGABYTE GA-X79-UD3
Samsung 840 Pro Series 256GB
******** PowerStation Gaming 500W
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 650 Ti OC 2GB
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit

OR

Samsung Green 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz 30nm Dual/Quad Channel Kit (MV-3V4G3D/US)

Currently have stock cooler but can swap that out quick enough.

Which ram shall I go with and what's going to be some good settings?
 
The RAM I would go with is Samsung green although I am not sure how the Bios support is for that stuff on Giga. Then RUN it 2133 C9-11-11-25 1T keep TRFC around 108 and TWL7 with TRRSR at 4 for performance.

CPU clocking is in the guide as pointed out by whyscotty.
