Just a little high I think for 24/7 use I think. Vcore seems just a little high for 4.0GHz, but I guess it depends on the individual CPU. My 920 is stable at 4.0GHz using 1.216V. What case have you got? Might be an idea to try and improve case airflow. Upto around 80ºC is perfectly fine but your pushing nearly 90ºC on a couple of cores there.
Bit toasty for that VCore, you sure it's 1.29? If it is, I think you might want to reapply the thermal paste and reseat the cooler.
i got a thermaltake advanced spedo. nothing wrong with the airflow in my case.
how on earth can you get 4ghz with 1.21v? is HT off with you?
Is that a Sandy?
I run my i7 2600k @4.6ghz 24/7 100% load for Folding @ Home with a Noctua 12uhp cooler hits 68 across all cores using real temp. 1.368 Vcore

Clearly not because he mentioned QPI and the parameters he mentioned are more in line with Nehalem based i7s.

Don't think you need to wait
gunna try 3.8 with 1.21 V everything else auto
