How does the Devils Canyon compare with the Haswell in the models mentioned below? :

Unless I'm being totally dense they are both the same CPU.

4790k is Haswell named Devils Canyon.

In that case what does the Devil's Canyon describe? Because you can see it on some websites named i7-4790 Devils Canyon and then others it doesn't mention it

should be the same one , but a bit more Devil in it

I think it's just a name given to it by Intel. I stand to be corrected if there is a genuine reason for the name however.

Devils Canyon was the Haswell refresh. It's still a Haswell cpu but has a couple of minor tweaks over the original Haswell 4770k.
