Guys, when someone says they have a i7 4790K overclocked to 4.8ghz, is that including the boost, as default is 4ghz and with boost 4.4ghz, or when people give there overclock, is it without boost, so guy above would have a i7 4790K overclocked to 4.8ghz, 5.2ghz boost, cheers

It includes the boost. It will sit at 800- 4000MHz most of the time and boost up to 4800Mhz when needed.
