Delidding As a process is risky. I delidded my 3770k, and it worked but I had basically agreed with myself that if it died i could afford to write off a £250 CPU.

What is anti surge support and spectrum dlk or something like that? Cuz whenever i try to change AI overclock tuner to manuel and hit the clock to 4.4 ghz , these settings get enabled automatically.. So i discard the changes and exit eventhough i set the ai oc tuner to auto these options get changed

Well guys I played bf4 for like 1-2 hours and checked the cpu core tempatures with hwmonitor.. There were mhz values as well and all of the cores hit 4408mhz as maximum value.. Forgot to take a screenshot but i'll play and get a screenshot and will upload it here

Nice one mate, if games are ok thats a pretty good sign. Your board is kinda similair to mine. There is a very good overclocking guide on the asus ROG forums for Z97, unfortunately i cant get the site to load here. But if i do, ill post it up here.

But yes, your chip seems to be boosting to it's proper stock speed.

No probs, click on edit on that post, go to advanced and in the top menu you will find the spoiler tag icon. Place the link for the image between theese and your good to go.
