i have 2x8gb kingston hyper savage 2400mhx enabled on xmp fully stable i7 4930k R4BE
full custom water 2x 980 1506oc:thumb:

i have disabled c-states and upped multiplier to 45 rest is auto 24/7 max temp stress 55c
my vcore in cpu-z sits at 1.404 and spikes in stress tests to 1.424v fully stable 4 hrs gaming/ realbench /2 3dmark

could you give me some explained settings to bring down vcore slightly or how to use offset .

thanks.

That's rather high for 4.5ghz and can certainly reduce that!

It's simply a case of setting the voltage to offset, then you set a + or - and then the voltage below on how much you want to offset by. I would just set this to + and then 0.00v and try booting. If it fails to boot slowly increase the offset until it boots, then try stress tests. If it fails repeat the process until stable.
