i7-6700K with maximus hero 8

i managed to oc 6700K to be @ 4.6 and the voltage is about 1.28V, is that good? can i push it further? (not like i need it)

Pretty decent for the voltage yes, if you're happy with that then no need to push it. You might want to switch to adaptive now you found the voltage to avoid it being 1.28v at all times rather than adapting to lower for idle.
