Hello, recently my CPU temps have been very high and I unsure why. Idle temps vary from 30-60c for seemingly no reason and any load on the CPU instantly raises the temps to way above 60c. Usually around 75-90c when gaming.. I have fully cleaned the case and all fans, that did nothing. I removed current AIO and cleaned the top of the CPU and AIO block with 99.99% alocohol which changed nothing. I changed cooler to an air cooler and again, no change. CPU isn't overclocked and this has started happening over the last 2 days. Any ideas?

TLDR: Temps super high, unsure why as no obvious issues, help please? Thank you in advance.
 
Nah the block itself doesn't feel hot at all and neither is the radiator. I can hear the water flow when I turn on PC so I assume pump is ok. The case (Corsair Carbide 400C) feels cool with good air flow.
With regards to resetting BIOS, I haven't done that before so could you quickly explain how to do so? Thanks
 
In a line down the middle, but each time I've removed the heatsink or block, the coverage has been perfect. I'm also using Arctis Silver 5 as recommended by anyone I've spoken to.
 
I'm just confused as to why it's suddenly happened. I've stopped any software I would normally use, performed a full anti virus scan whilst I'm offline mode. I've created custom fan curves for every fan and changed cooler. Its strange and unfortunately, doesn't seem to be an easy solution ahead. I would delid if I was comfortable doing so, but if I ruin the CPU I can't afford a new I7!
 
Sorry, I'm being a complete dunce and cannot see how to upload a screenshot to this thread?
I can type what the voltages are, which exactly do you need, there seems to a fair few values here? And would it just be CPU or Motherboard voltages?

Only 2 updates have been applied recently, 10/04/2018 to be precise. They were 2018-04 cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1709 for x64-based systems (KB4093112) and 2018-04 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 version 1709 for x64-based systems (KB4088785). Last updates were in March and the issue wasnt present then. I have created a support ticket with Intel, CPU still has warrenty until 2020 apparently, hopefully they'll just replace mine and that'll fix the issue?
