Anyone else experiencing random high temp spikes ?
my main issue is when it hits over 84c it Locks my PC up but it does it really randomly... maybe 3 times a week max lol so its really hard to work out what is causing it.
The system idles at around 35 - 40c all the time so no issue on that part. Games - PUBG & BF1 Ultra run around 60 - 70C Max so again no issues with playing games on max settings.
Is it worth doing a stresstest on the CPU ? I have seen online that some peeps reporting the motherboard O/C the CPU itself unless you turn of some of the modes. So my guess is maybe my MSI motherboard is O/C the CPU to much and this causing the overheating and lockup
