Ive found a all in one pc with these processors in, is it worth paying a 3rd more for the I7 over the I5 for the pc? and the ryzen all in one doesnt have a intel optane(of course) or a ssd in would this affect things a lot it just has a 7200 hdd

Ill be using it in a all in one for some gaming but mostly lots of google pages and youtube.

From what I can gather, the Intel HD 630 (I assume that's what you mean) and AMD R5 330 are pretty similar and they're both really awful. If you want to do any respectable integrated graphics gaming you need a recent high-end Ryzen with Vega, there's no way around that. I suspect the physical limitations of an AIO are forcing the compromises because they're not designed for gaming. Something like the HP 24-xa1009na would give you okay gaming performance because it has a Ryzen 3750H with Vega 10, but it's only a 4 core CPU. The new Renoir 6-cores look a better choice. None of these IGPs are capable of playing proper games at Full HD / 1080p though, even a 4700H, you'll need a graphics card for that.

I'd consider getting a cheap AIO for your desktop needs and buying one of the new consoles, the compromises won't matter then.
Thanks for the information - would it be easy enough to upgrade the memory presuming therea a slot free in the HP one you mentioned?

In theory, yes, but I've never tried upgrading an AIO, so I have no idea how difficult it is. If you plan on using the IGP for games you'd have to upgrade it, because single channel mode murders their performance and most OEMs will only install 1 stick.
Can you upgrade the graphics on these HPs though?
