Hi Folks,

I put my new i7 rig together yesterday and it's all working fine. It's now time to clock my D0 920 but I just wanted to know if anyone has a guide as how best to do this (I presume it is very similar to when I clocked my Q9550).

I am going to see how far I can but it using the stock volts etc and then then tweat the voltages to get it stable until it goes as high as I can reasonably get it.

My spec is

i7 920
Asus P6T Deluxe v2
6gb corsair 1600mhz ram
Prolimatech cpu cooler

what are main voltages that need to be changed to help keep the cpu stable apart from the vcore? I have my ram set to 1.64 but presume I need to change the cpu ppl etc.

Can you please post your settings and your clocks so I can get an understanding of the process I need to go through. I understand different boards and cpus clock differently but any info will help me push my cpu.

Thanks

Matt

Hey,

Currently running prime at 21 x 185 at 1.208v. I think my other settings are qpi 1.3 and ram 1.64.

I'll give it an hour and then up it again at this volts.
