I7 920 DDR3 Memory settings ?

What should i have my DDR3 setup as to run the best ?

with i7 920 Standard not over clocked.

Setup as recommended - 1600mhz with timings at 8-8-8-24.
I use the 3 x2gb version

*** 6GB Tri *** I just tryed 1600 8 8 8 24 with 1.64V and it Crashes my pc !

At the moment its running at 7 7 7 20 at 1333 ..........

Hmm, Is your system overclocked or at stock.

Its at stock speed mate ... it works at 8 8 8 24 when its overclocked at 3.8 but i cant do this yet as i only have the Retail fan and the temps where 80c ^^ so at the moment im keeping it at Stock speed.... What are the best settings to use at stock ?
