i7 920 overclocked @ 3.85 running hot

I have the CPU above and its currently hitting 60-65 on idle 90 on intel burn test. I can constantly hear the fans throttling. I'm using an old ( 5 years maybe) antec 620 liquid cooler. I changed the paste no more than a month or two ago.

I know these i7 run hot anyway, but is this too hot?

is it worth while throwing a new water cooler or air cooler at it? I would like to keep the i7 as long as possible as at 1080p it runs everything ok

its all clean no dust, no harm in me re doing the past at weekend, matbe i had to much on before.

it might be my overclock is just high, its 2.66 to 3.85.. but i know people have 4 with no probs
