i7 920: Overclocking Help

Just got my Core i7 920 with Asus P6t se mobo.

i got it overclocked to 4ghz with no problems.

see the attached image, i have set values for UCLK Frequency and QPI Link Data Rate to auto.



Can any body please tell, what value to give there. Or is there any formula to set value there. Coz i dont want it to be Auto there.

Actually this pic pic is taken, when i was checking turbo. Otherwise both options are off.

So consider it disable.

Just tell me how to set values there in that two options
