i7 920 settings

Hi,

I'm running a i7 920 @3.8 for about 18 months but recently having problems booting up (OC failed) then reboot into bios F1-F10 windows loads! this happens randomly when booting up,Ive had a fiddle about with the settings but don't see any difference.

Any ideas, here's my settings
