Here's my before/after with a SATA 3 PCI-Express card
Did not think going from SATA 2 to 3 would make so much of a difference. Will be ordering a SATA 3 card now.
Will use my spare PCIEx 16 as I have read that PCIEx1 is limited to 250mb/s.
