What case and cooler do you currently have?
As far as OC`ing goes, you`ll get plenty of help in the Overclocking forum.

920 is still fast and not bottlenecking anything, throwing money away IMO

overclock a bit if you didn't already - some info in my sig from when I did it

should be good for a couple of years at least

I had a similiar pc spec but i upgraded, i felt it was held back a bit in some areas and my logic is that i can still sell the bits on the bay and get a couple of hundred quid towards new pc

well the cpu is at 4ghz from the day i got it ,mate did it
case is a Haf 932
and its watercooled,do's not go over 68c under full load prime and intelburn

so your saying unless its socket 2011 or wait untill we get better cpu's there is not point in upgrading yet

If you are using high end sli/cf cards then it's worth upgrading otherwise do not bother.I went from i7 920 at 4ghz with a gigabyte board to current spec and my fps shot up in some games as the SLI 680s were bottlenecked.(mainly bf3/bf4)

Id agree with this, i was running sli 670's until a few weeks ago. But if i had been on a single card i couldnt tell the difference in game between the spec in sig and my second setup, (i7 930 @4ghz).

did a WEI (remember those?) on my 920 yesterday (new SSD) and it came in as 7.4 (and its still only on default 2.67ghz clock)

Get new if you want, but its overkill IMO.
