I7 930 overclocking

Hard to say, depends on case air flow and volts the CPU would require.

If have not bought the AC7 then I woud have a look at the Gelid below, but you will need to say what memory your running.

my case i got 4 fans in my case 3in 1 out + stock cooler

id say 3.8ghz or around that area,depends on your chip tbh,some run hot/need more voltage than others

what ? the kind of chip? yeah its just luck whether you pick up a low vid chip or not

the one in my sig was a great chip but ive got another and its a voltage hog

i mean will it help performance wise.

It will help with temperatures and stability,the lower the CPU voltage the better as the more voltage you need/use the hotter the temps get,keep coretemps below 80c

The higher you can overclock to depends on keeping temps low ect
