i7 930 Replacement/upgrade advice

So my i7 930 mb is dying as a result I'm going to need new CPU and RAM to go with since you can't really get 1366 socket items anymore.

How does this look? Is it worth getting the faster RAM out of the 2 I've selected:

Skylake does like faster ram but im not sure its worth the cost and heres a bundle that could save you a few bucks.

Thanks, forgot to check the bundles. Not that keen on another gigabyte however, the current board I have from them has had several very annoying problems for the last 5 years
