i7 940 C0 stepping.

Got the chance to get a new i7 940 very cheap.

It's a C0 stepping, any major difference from the D0 stepping that should concern me ?

D0 will overclock better then a C0, D0 might need less volts buts thats about it

anyone have experience of 940 CO vs 920 DO? I notice the guy with the 'overclocked orange' tj07 swapped his 940 for a 920 do cant imagine that there would be much diffgernce and so would not personally pay more than £220 for a 940
