Hi mate, your temps at stock are far too high something is wrong with your setup. You've got an antec 902, giga mobo, i7 920 & noutua hsf, i've got an antec 900, giga mobo, i7 920 & prolimatech hsf so comparable setups.
At stock running prime my temps peak at 50 degrees, at 3.6 ghz mine are mid 60 degrees, at 4.2 ghz they top out at 80 degrees. With your setup you get 70 degrees at stock, not a good sign.
First turn all your case fans up to full, next take side panel off & check all your fans are running & that you put the fans on your heatsink the correct way, fan on the right nearest your dvd drives should be blowing cool air through heatsink, fan on opposite side should be blowing air towards rear exhaust fan, thats how you get push pull effect with your heatsink. Next take heatsink off, clean thermal compound, make sure you haven't left a clear plastic sheet or film on bottom of heatsink.
Then reapply thermal compound, put pc back together & try again. What voltage have you got your chip running at in bios? P.S. Sorry for any spelling mistakes etc did this post on my phone whilst on my break.
