I7 Cool Down!

so looks like my i7 needs some time to chill as its hitting temps of 49c when im only surfing the web, so my question is what are the reviews on water cooled self sealed units like

will i need my own pump or is this just a stand alone water cooled cpu cooler?

stock at the moment and Maelstrom Gaming Case full sized ATX i want somthign that self water cooled at i do not have a water cooling system yet or i might get https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-080-AK&tool=3

with http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-021-CS will i not need my own pump or are these like a water cooling gimic? seams to me stand alone water cooling components would be a good idea as water cooling is the best cooling.

I would personally cool on air unless you want to do water cooling properly and build a custom loop.

this is one off my worries dew to it now being hooked up to a bigger loop is it going to have time to cool right down, leading em to think i should stay by air cooled but i thought if i mount the rad on the outside of my case it might help with heat issues

They have their own pump.
