i7 CPU Cooler

Due to the summer coming up my Freezer 7 isn't cutting the mustard, I bought it in December 09 so it's been doing fine up until now.

I was wondering what is the best all around CPU cooler for an i7 920 D0 (which I want to clock back to 3.6, but can't due to temps in this hotter weather)

I'm happy to go for water cooling as long as it's closed circuit such as the Corsair H50 if it's the best.

Noctua NH-D14 or Thermalright VX. They're better that the H50.

Sorry, I should have mentioned my case is a little on the small size, I don't think the Noctua would fit comfortably. Perhaps a new case may be a better option than CPU cooler for airflow.

Good choice? The SATA DVD-RW is purely to get rid of my IDE DVD-RW so it should be neater.
