I7 Memory

Ive just updated to an i7 920 system and the memory timings for trfc seem extremely high. And yes i know its running dual channel mode this motherboards natively supports it.

Answered my own question as well

tRFC Timing: Row Refresh Cycle Timing. This determines the amount of cycles to refresh a row on a memory bank. If this is set too short it can cause corruption of data and if it is too high, it will cause a loss in performance, but increased stability.

Maybe these might help. But from what i have read, the higher the tRFC clock the better stability. The lower clock gives better performance but unstability. So its seems you need to find the magic number, to get performance/stability.
