i7 Rendernode

I'm thinking of building some i7 rendernodes.. so minimal gfx card, and only 6Gb ram required.
My main questions are : will the following rig have enough power from the PSU for OCing? Do I need the faster ram (1600)? My current i7 rig has the biostar and 1333 memory and it's OC'd to 3.5 nice and stable. I guess I could push the rendernodes a little more with better ram.

Any scope for getting the rig cheaper or to better at minimal cost?

Thanks for the feedback Jon,
This review suggests the Neopower is a solid performer http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/361/10 although one of the users does complain of problems (but then again what product has no disgruntled users!).

That bundle is nice. Its only £10 more than buying the components individually, but being guarenteed the overclock is worth the money. One downside is the lower memory cap of the motherboard, but I guess my rendernodes won't ever need more than 6gb!

Yea I use 3dsmax and Vray which offer distributed rendering. Amazing

Do they all need a cd drive?

No, I only need the one drive. Or is it possible to install windows from USB-key?

A rendernode is a computer that will only be used to contribute to rendering 3d animations and illustrations. When I hit the render button on my software, it sends out instructions to all the rendernodes in the render"farm" to calculate parts of the image or images.
