i7 setup this look ok ?

and is this memory ok for it ?i am not sure as all the mobos have 4 ddr3 slots and this is ddr3 triple channel?

Ideally you need dual channel, triple is for the i7 9xx range.

Youll be needing a dual channel memory kit for that board, the ram youve linked is for the older socket 1366 x58 chipset boards.

It will work but some boards may run the memory in single channel mode.

For a bit less money, and better compatibility you could go for something like this 16gb kit.

only reason i want to use the 3tiple channel is i got the set i linked to for £50 , so i can use it ok ? if i got a single one 4gb to match the other 3 so i have 16gb memin total it will be ok ?

But you could get 2 of these for cheaper (£88 instead of £99 for the ones you chose) and have an extra 4 gb of ram

For that price try it and if they don't work you could sell them on the members market forum
