I9-10900k stress test normal?

Hi,

I have a new I9-10900k. I stress tested it with CPUID stress test. It will run all cores on 5ghz for 40 seconds, cooler fans speed up (assassin 3) and it reaches about 85oC for some seconds. This cpu speed of 5ghz lasts about 40 seconds and then throttles to 4.5ghz.
