You'd normally expect a 360mm AIO to be sufficient for cooling a 14900K when gaming.Hi have i9 1400k its hits 95/100 why gaming it came with sharkoon aio 360 s90 i think not up to the job what people recommend to beef up cooling Thx

Did it always cool badly? I'd advise checking that it is working properly before replacement.
What are the temps like in idle and light load?Got it in a package with CPU it's always run hot I have cleaned the pc removed the mesh for more air repasted the CPU nothing seems to work I think I need to sand aio back
40 idle 65 light load
Done bios the last month and intel default settings same time and today taken all pc case mesh off to see if it was airflow just rule things out and run cinebench still very high temps 95 and hitting a 100 got to be aioAre you using the latest motherboard bios and importantly have you enabled the default Intel CPU settings?
Contact frame ftw. I fitted one to my 12900kf last week. It shaved 9c off the temperature amazing difference for under a tenner.

Thx just ordered one fingers crossedThis was going to be my next suggestion. I've had one fitted for a few years and it makes a substantial difference. 14900K's should have come with them by default they are that good and inexpensive.
All my last CPUs have been amd got the CPU bundle with a tuff motherboard cheap and it was a big upgrade it's my first intel should have done my researchMine 14900KS (320W in BIOS) with contact frame 85 C max under load with 360 AIO and fans at 1200 RPM
