I am getting intel other hardware intel xeon processor P family? Core i7* PCU registers -2082 failed to instal. this message comes up after the latest update, would appreciate any assistance, thanking you in advance

Thank you for your reply installed chipset driver and then all the windows updates except the latest, with which i get this problem. everything at bog stock set as default in bios screen, latest bios as well. cinebench is 2930, thank you again for answering

just installed a new set 32gb dominator ram problem still exists, thanking you in advance

Update irst driver to latest.

Do a clean Windows install if you haven't. It could just be a corrupted driver or it's installing a version that's not yet been updated for 7940x?

Thank you good people, will have wait for the ram to come in now, i borrowed 25gb and all i have left are the normal teething troubles. have ti this ram back tomorrow so what ever comes in first ians ram or the gskil. but i must thank you agin regards
