i have i9 9900k OCed to 5ghz at 1.30 volts (avx is 0) in a gigabyte aorus z390 ultra and i had a corsair 360mm elite capellix cooling it and i never got BSOD when testing on aida64 and cinebench.Then i changed out the cooler for an arctic liquid freezer ii 420mm in a push pull and my windows also auto updated after installing the 420mm. When i was running cinebench to see if temps are ok i stared getting BSOD system service exception and irql_not_less_or_equal in aida64 so i jumped my volts to 1.32 and it seemed to fix the BSOD's. Could it be the windows update or is it just my chip? i was just really confused because it was stable before i upgraded the cooling.
