i9 recommended cooler?

Can't really recommend a cooler without knowing case, motherboard CPU to PCIe & CPU to RAM socket spacing aad RAM height .. so we know wat coolers will fit in your system. ;)
 
if we are talking an i9 9900k and you have the space for it I would suggest a decent AIO liquid cooler or something along the lines of the dark rock pro 4 or noctua NH-D15

However as doyll has said, we would kinda need to know space limitations to make the best suggestion
 
Some of the best are Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E/IB-E (same performance),Le Grand Macho RT and TRUE Spirit 140 Power, Noctua NH-U14S, NH-D15S & NH-D14, Scythe Mugen, Phanteks PH-TC14PE, etc. They come with quiet fans, but if you want even more cooling high performance loud fans will increase cooling by about 7-9c.
