iam alive

Found you a fix here:

1. Go to this location on your hard drive.

If you have a 64 bit windows system go here.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\I am Alive\src\SYSTEM

If you have a 32 bit windows system go here instead.
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\I am Alive\src\SYSTEM

2. Open UserSettings.ini in notepad and change
RunValidation=True
to
RunValidation=False
and save and close the settings.

Clever people these game developers, not.

Next it will say, sorry Windows not supported.

Have you updated your graphics drivers? It may just be the way the error is written, it may be saying current gtx680 not supported, as in your drivers are not supported maybe?

Other than that, I have no idea.

EDIT: See above.

Reminds me of the bad old days (late 1990s) when games would try to check what CPU you had and refuse to run if it didn't match expectations (basically looking for Intel Pentium, finding a Cyrix/AMD, and throwing a hissy fit).

That is a weird occurrence nowadays :confused:

I remember I had the same issue when I had my Riva TNT2 and bought the original Hitman, not supported and wouldn't run at all so had to take it back :(

Glad there is a fix for this one though :)
