Are these courses worth it, reading around most of the stuff they teach i do already and one of the guys i work with has done it (and tries lording it over me) but his standards are pretty poor so is it worth the time?

Yeah everyone i've known who has done an IAM course tended to be a worse than average driver, don't know if it's just the type of person they attract or something?
