As per title. I just bought one accidentally on purpose (32gb) but have no idea of the specs. Apparently they're intel and support TRIM but that's as much info as I can find.

Any ideas gents?

I gave up on the IBM support pages, but the specs are there somewhere. Ripped the above out of an online retailer somewhere in Australia :P 32GB and 50GB are identical, as far as I can tell, except for capacity. Hope this helps. Does not look too great on its own, unless you RAID it. It scales quite well in speed oriented arrays, apparently.

Thanks very much for that, I was lost in a sea of IBM store listings with no sign of an answer. It was £30 so I'm not too fussed about speeds, it's for my Dad's work PC where silence is much appreciated.

Thanks again :)
