Anyone having issues using IBM Bootable Media Creator today? We can't download the latest 9.61 from the website using any of the 3 options, nor can we download any new firmware updates using our existing 9.52 copies. Tried it from 3 different connections all with the same results.

Tried phoning IBM but can't find the right department to speak to.

yep, having the same problem. We've got an older version, and a bunch of updates, but it needs to go online to download something to actually create a disc.

Gosh I loathe everything about IBM's server management stuff. HP any day of the week!

Things like Intelligent Provisioning are great. Get a fresh server out of the box, hook it up, power on and hit F10. Single job (probably less than 10 clicks) to update all the firmwares (BIOS, ILO, RAID etc) without faffing with USB drives or waiting till the OS is installed.
